Extreme Makeover Heart Edition!  So if we finally clear out the brambles, bring in a remodeling crew, and some interior designers, we get THIS!!!   Welcome!!! C’mon in!!   It’s Mardi Gras meets Munchkin Land meets Birthday Party! 

Actually upon further reflection I’m beginning to think that this one should join those whimsical images back in the Innocence phase.   Because I don’t think  the healing process is this concise, at least while we walk this earth.   That somehow there will always be scars and vestiges of the damage done that remain, and that restoration will never result in something being or looking the way it was before.  That it can still be beautiful in its own way, but the shingles will never be quite right, and the door may always creak on it hinges. Pondering this one and discussing with my counselor.
